A bit about me...

I have been a successful, serial entrepreneur for over two decades. A graduate of McGill University in Canada with a background in Management, ​and Organizational Behavior, with a minor in communications I have worked in both the corporate and startup sectors. I have been an avid ​supporter of the innovative tech sector and an early-stage, seed investor in minority-based startups since 2013. During Governor O’Malley’s ​tenure from 2007 until 2015 in Maryland, I served as a Commissioner on the Governor’s Hispanic Affairs Commission, advocating for the interests ​and rights of Hispanic business people, citizens and new immigrants in Maryland.

In the early 90s, I successfully headed up the integration of an employment equity compliance program in a large Canadian company with 12 ​offices in Canada and 50 subsidiary offices across the US.

Since the early 2000's I have been an outsourced CMO and trusted advisor to many successful companies and individuals, and have had the ​privilege to work with thought leaders proven professionals and best-in-class service providers, and organizations.

In 2004 I founded the largest, women-only, wine event series dedicated to raising awareness for valuable charities and bettering the quality of ​women's lives in multiple ways called "The Women's Wine & Dine".

In 2007, I built an innovative, pioneering media company dedicated to providing resources, visibility high-quality events, and media coverage for ​women in business MyCity4HER.com. Before anyone was talking about women in business seriously, I was holding networking and professional ​development events in 8 states across the country and had a subscriber audience of over 120, 000.

In 2015 I built the framework for the innovative Entrepreneurship program at MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art) called MICApreneurship.

In 2014 I started business coaching actively. Today, business coaching and professional speaking are my primary professional contributions and ​have become my biggest passions. I love to work with creative, innovative, industry-leading professionals, best-of-class companies, and ​organizations to help them grow productively to achieve their desired outcomes and goals...
